The Boardwalk is a building rich in Manchester history. Built in 1876, The Boardwalk was once a Sunday school, founded by the cotton barons of Manchester. Between the years of 1984 and 1999, The Boardwalk transformed into one of Manchester’s iconic live music venues hosting Manchester bands such as The Verve, The Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, Oasis, and James.

After falling into disrepair, we purchased The Boardwalk in 2002, transforming it into stunning office suites. Whilst retaining the character of the building we rebuilt it from the ground up with a new steel frame, which is still visible in all suites. The Boardwalk now offers truly unique office space to some of Manchester’s most dynamic businesses.

All suites are connected to superfast Broadband and fully cabled and ready to connect up to your IT systems and VOIP phone systems. As with all of our buildings it is monitored by CCTV from our own central monitoring stations. Our own security staff also ensure the building is secure each night and provide early alerts in the case of intruders.
